Dr. Hitesh Ruparel currently works with GLS University as Director General of the University & Director of GLS University’s Incubator LEAF over and above being the dean of the Faculty of Management. He is also associated with several prominent universities & institutions and advices them in their pursuits being a member of Governing Board, Board of Management, Academic Council and Board of Studies. With more than two decades of experience in industry and academia, Dr. Ruparel has proficiency in institutional building, nurturing and development. His contribution in developing innovative pedagogy in facilitating learning and sharing process for imparting management education is noteworthy. Dr. Ruparel has been pivotal in establishment of the DST supported Technology Business Incubator (LEAF – Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Acceleration Foundation) at GLS University. Before joining GLS, he was associated with various other educational and corporate establishments in prominent positions. An avid reader and researcher, he has many publications in national and international journals, magazines and conference proceedings and has also co-authored a book. He is guiding numerous PhD Scholars in their research pursuits. Doctorate in the area of Marketing Science, Dr. Ruparel is recipient of three Gold Medals during his MBA programme and has Bachelor of Pharmacy qualification to his credit.

Dr. Dharmesh Shah is a provost & Professor (Finance) at GLS University, Ahmedabad. He is an approved Ph.D. Guide of Gujarat University & GLS University. Under his guidance four Ph.D. scholars pursuing research work in various areas of finance and one scholar availed the doctoral degree. He teaches major finance specialization courses like Fundamentals of Financial Management, International Finance, Corporate Tax Planning, Securities Analysis and Portfolio Management and Mergers & Acquisitions. He did his doctoral (Ph.D.) programme in the area of Corporate Governance from B.K.School of Business Management. He cleared his State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) for Lecturer in the area of Management, conducted by UGC. He is also a member of various repute organizations like Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI – New Delhi), Gujarat & North Gujarat Universities Commerce & Management Teachers Association and Gujarat University Accountancy Teachers Association. He has more than 18 years of academic experience. He was a visiting faculty member of ICSI Ahmedabad Chapter for four years for Economic and Labour Laws, at B.K.School of Business Management for five years for International Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions & Securities Analysis and Portfolio Management and at Nirma University, Institute of Management for two years for Management of Direct and Indirect Taxes. He published nine papers in international journals and six papers in national journals. He has presented papers on various national and international conferences arranged by repute B-Schools like Institute of Management, Nirma University & IMT Ghaziabad etc. He has participated in Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Corporate Governance arranged by IIM Bangalore. He has also participated in two Faculty Development Programmes (FDP) arranged by ICFAI and in the AIMS International Conference organized at IIM, Ahmedabad. He got funding from the British Council, Scotland for the international research work with Dr. John Paterson, University of Aberdeen, Scotland in the area of Corporate Governance in the year of 2011-12.

Dr. Sneha Shukla has more than two decades of experience in the academic field. She is a Professor at Faculty of Management, GLS University. She has deeply invested 15 years in handling academic affairs & a decade for overall co-ordination of MBA programme as Programme Coordinator. Dr. Shukla is a qualified Doctorate in Finance from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University. She is a recognised PhD guide in Management at School for Doctoral Research & Philosophy, GLS University with rich experience in research & academics. Five candidates have been awarded PhD under her guidance. She has experience in teaching Quantitative Techniques & Operations Research subjects apart from Finance electives. She has a good track record of research with more than 50 published papers in prestigious journals & conferences, nationally and internationally. She has participated in many National & International Conferences, Workshops and FDPs in various reputed institutions like IIM-A, IIM-Indore, Nirma University, B. K. School of Management, ICFAI University, etc. She has served as a Session Chair at International Conference held at IIM-A & National Conference at Gujarat University. She has been a member of advisory committee for International Conference on Advances in Theory, Practices & Research in Management (GLSU-ATRPM) held by Faculty of Management. She has also been a member of Academic Council, Board of Studies & Board of Examination at Faculty of Management, GLS University.

Dr. Juhi Shah is an Associate Professor with Faculty of Management, GLS University and holds a PhD in Management and her research area focused on Integrated Brand Communications practices of companies in India. She has completed her Master’s in Business Administration in the field of Marketing and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Gujarat University, India. Further, she has been qualified by the University Grants Commission – National Eligibility for Lectureship in the subject of Management in 2007. She has one-year industry experience and 18 years of academic experience. Her current teaching interests are Product and Brand Management, Marketing Management, Integrated Marketing Communications, Retail Management, Rural Marketing, and Organizational Behavior. She has attended several FDPs, workshops as well as conferences – national and international and presented papers in them. Besides, she has published a couple of research papers in national and international journals. She is a recognized PhD guide at School of Doctoral Research and Innovation, GLS University and has seven Ph.D scholars currently under her guidance pursuing their research work in different areas of marketing and five scholars have been awarded the doctoral degree.

Dr. Megha Shah is an articulate qualified Accounts & Finance specialized academician having 14 years of teaching experience. Currently, working as an Associate Professor at Faculty of management GLS University. She completed her Ph.D from Sardar Patel University in Area of Forensic Accounting. She is acknowledged as a fine repository of knowledge of the subject of Accounts and Finance. Her Domain expertise in courses are Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Forensic Accounting & Auditing, Management Accounting, Management of Financial Services and Management of Banking Operations. She is a recognized PhD guide in School of Doctoral Research and Innovation, GLS University. She has six Ph.D. scholars under her guidance pursuing their research work in various areas of Finance and Accounts and one scholar is availed the doctoral degree. She has presented papers in National and International Conferences on various topics and published several research papers in National & International journals of repute. Dr. Gurmeet Singh is an Associate Professor with Faculty of Management in operations area at GLS University. He has successfully completed FDP from Indian Institute of Management - Ahmedabad (IIMA). He has done Ph.D in management on Capital structure from B. K. School of Management. He also qualified the UGC - NET Examination. Apart from that, he completed his MBA, M.Phil, B.Com. and LL.B from the Gujarat University. He has rich & diversified experiences in areas of Academic Administration, Teaching & Research. He has been doing teaching and research in the frontier areas of management, such as Operations Management, Financial Services, International Business, Advanced Business Research, etc. He has been associated with SAGE publisher as a reviewer. Dr. Amish Soni is a Ph.D. (Management), B.Com, M.Com, M.B.A. & N.E.T. qualified faculty in Finance area. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at Faculty of Management, GLS University and Programme coordinators in two diploma programme i.e. Banking Insurance and Financial Management (BIFM) & Commercial Accounting and Taxation (CAT) at GLS Centre for Management Excellence. He has more than a decade of experience in academics and more than one year in corporate. His areas of teaching and research include Corporate Restructuring, Accountancy, Taxation, International Finance and many other subjects in finance specialization area. He has more than 20 national and international publications to his credit and written a book on Research Methodology subject. Dr. Hetal Vyas is a Doctorate in Finance from Nirma University and has been in academics for more than 1.5 decades. She has participated & presented research papers in several national and international conferences. She has taught Accounting for Managers, Cost Accounting, Entrepreneurship Development, Fintech and Crypto Currency, Management Control System, Micro Finance & Financial Inclusion and Strategic Cost Management. Her research & teaching interests include Strategic Cost Management, Behavioural Finance and Entrepreneurship. She is also a resource person at EDII for teaching finance. Dr. Avni Patel is a Management graduate with specialization in Finance. She holds a bachelor degree in Engineering. She holds a doctoral degree in Management and is currently guiding Doctoral Candidates at GLS University . She has over 13 years of experience in Academics and around 4 years in corporate. Her area of interests are Financial Services, Economics for Managers and Production Operation Management. Dr. CA Darshana Khakhar is an Associate Chartered Accountant and holds Doctorate degree along with Masters in Commerce from Gujarat University. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Faculty of Management, GLS University. She has a total 15 years of experience, out of which 13 years into teaching and 2 years in corporate. She has been teaching courses in Corporate Taxation, Derivatives and Risk Management, Financial Management, Accounting and Cost Accounting. She has attended several workshops as well as conferences. Dr. Deepa Vyas has been in academics for 13 years. She has taught subjects like Quantitative Techniques, Sales & Distribution Management, Marketing Management, Production and Operation Management and Business Ethics & Corporate Governance. She has completed her PhD from GLS University in area of consumer behaviour towards organic food. Her research area includes Consumer Behaviour & Corporate Governance. Dr. Isha Dave holds a PhD in Management and her thesis focused on identifying the factors that affect brand valuation. She has completed her Master’s in Business Administration in the field of Finance and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Gujarat University, India. Further, she has 3 years of industry experience of working with companies such as Vodafone, IndusInd Bank and Reliance Capital and Asset management. Dr. Chinmay Gandhi is an Assistant Professor with Faculty of Management, GLS University. He is an energetic marketing faculty with exceptional communications skills. Apart from over eight years of experience in academics he has completed his Ph.D. in Online Marketing. He has published several research papers in National & International journals of repute. His areas of interest include Consumer Behavior, Communication Skills amongst other marketing subjects. He is a TED enthusiast and someone who believes “Actions speaks louder than words”.

She is currently working as Assistant Professor at Faculty of Management, GLS University. She is having an overall experience of 10 years in academics at postgraduate and graduate level. Dr. Neelam Purey is currently working as Assistant Professor at Faculty of management GLS University Ahmedabad. Having total experience of 21 years, she has worked in different industries ranging from banking, Insurance, Hospitality and Education. She has published and presented several papers in national and international journal and conferences and has also published books in Banking Domain. Her teaching expertise stands in subjects like Data Analytics, Forex, banking and Insurance, Quantitative Analysis, Quantitative Techniques. She has more than 13 years of experience in handling customer service operations, training and development, retails and corporate banking operations, cross sales etc. She has rendered services with banking and financial sectors in various capacities ranging from Executive, Assistance Manager, Manager to Cluster Manager Branch Operations and Service Delivery.

Bhaumit Patel is working as an Assistant Professor at GLS University, Faculty of Management since August 2015. Currently he is pursuing Ph.D. in the field of Management. Before joining academics, he was working as Sales Executive in Best Engineering Aids & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. He had served as a Centre in charge and Trainer at Endeavour Careers Pvt. Ltd., VVNagar. Bhaumit Patel has an experience of Academics for more than 5 years with a special focus on Digital Marketing and E-Commerce along with corporate experience in Sales and Management. He has completed his bachelor’s degree in B.E. and possess degree of PGDM from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Dr. Jaimini is currently working as an Assistant Professor with GLS University, Faculty of Management. Dr. Apeksha Chanpaneri is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management Management, GLS University, with over 9 years of experience in both academic and corporate domains. She has total work experience of 19 years, of which 8 years she has worked for the Banking and Financial Services Industry and 11 years in Academia. She has served the Organizations which include Citi Group, Barclays, ICFAI and Shanti Business School. Her education qualification includes a Ph.D in Management from S.P. University, Anand, MBA (Finance), PGD Sales and Advertising and BBA from M.S. University, Baroda. She has cleared UGC-NET in Management. Dr. Smruti Vakil is currently working as an Assistant Professor with GLS University, Faculty of Management. She has done MBA, PGDRM and cleared her UGC NET examination. He completed Ph D in the area of retirement planning and having rich experience of 10 years in academics with special focus on subjects of finance specialization and research. She has handled subjects like Research Methodology, International Business, International Finance, Investment Banking, Principals of Management, Project appraisal and Finance, Management of Financial systems etc. She has published research papers in international as well as national journals. Dr. Hima Trivedi is an Assistant Professor at Faculty of Management. She also serves as a Programme Co-ordinator at School of Doctoral Research and Innovation. She completed her PhD in the area Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She holds Post Graduation Diploma in Management with securing Gold Medal in marketing discipline. She has experience of almost a decade which comprises of 2 years of corporate experience in the field in media post which she joined academics. She is having an overall experience of 15 yrs. in Academics teaching in various programmes at postgraduate and graduate level in different institutes of Gujarat and Rajasthan. She has hands on experience of teaching Finance and Economics subjects, specializing in Managerial Economics, Financial Management, Derivatives and Risk management etc. She has published many research papers in areas of Investment and risk management in various International and national conferences and National Journals. Dr. Maitri Shah is an Assistant Professor at the GLS University Faculty of Management. She has a Bachelor's in Computer Science, a Master's in Business Administration, and has has been University rank holder. She graduated from DAVV, Indore, with a PhD in CRM (Marketing). She has a total of 16 years of experience, which includes the Advertising Industry and the Education Sector at various graduation and postgraduate levels in various Institutes in Gujarat and Indore. Marketing, advertising, and the computer industry are some of her teaching interests. She has provided input to numerous Nationally and Internationally renowned journals, webinars, conferences, and the Gujarat Board Book for Computer Subject.

He has completed his Master of Business Administration from Amrut Modi School of Management, Ahmedabad University, Ahmedabad, and possesses a bachelors’ degree in commerce. He has written and presented papers to National as well as International conferences and Journals which includes esteem institutes like IIM-Bangalore, Coimbatore Institute of Technology, etc. His area of interest is Quantitative Techniques, Marketing Research, Research Methodology, Data Science, and Financial Management. Anjali Panicker is working as Assistant Professor with Faculty of Management, GLS University. She has done her MBA in HR Specialization from University of Pune & is pursuing her PhD from Ganpat University. She has an experience of around 12 yrs in Academia & during her career, she was associated with various Universities of repute like University of Pune, Gujarat Technological University, GLS University etc. She holds her expertise in teaching various subjects like OB, HRM, Legal Aspects of Business, Principles & Practices of Management, & subjects of HR Specialization at the PG level. She has been invited as a speaker to deliver talks on various topics of HR Arena in various institutes. She has also published research papers in various National & International Conferences, journals & articles in the newspaper. Topics like Emotional Intelligence, Employee Engagement, Quality of Work life, Motivation & Ethics are her main interest areas in research.

Tanay Shah has nine years of teaching experience, including four years as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management, GLS University, he possesses a solid educational background comprising an M.Com, M.B.A, and B.Com, as well as GSET qualification in commerce subject. Subjects such as Accountancy, Finance, and Taxation have been his area of specialization, and he exhibits a commitment to imparting knowledge and fostering growth in the academic realm. He has a record of presenting numerous research papers at national and international conferences, showcasing his dedication to continuous learning and scholarly contributions. Additionally, his proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance educational experiences is underscored by his status as a Microsoft Certified Educator.

She is currently working as an Assistant professor at Faculty of Management, GLS University. She has completed her Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters in the field of Marketing. She has in total 4 years of experience in Corporates and Academics with special focus on subjects like Consumer behaviour, Global business Management, Managing Start-ups, Principles of Management, Business Communication, Business and trade. Currently she is pursuing her Ph.d from GLS University in the field of Management.

Ms. Charmy Thakkar is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Faculty of Management, GLS University. She is a Gold Medalist in M.Com. with Finance specialization from Gujarat University. She is UGC - NET qualified in the year 2019. She has an academic experience of 4 years. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. from Gujarat University in the field of Commerce. Her areas of interest are Finance and Accountancy. She has published research papers on Digital Payment System in International Conferences.

She is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Faculty of Management, GLS University. She has completed her Bachelor of Commerce and Masters in Business Administration with the specialisation of Human Resource Management. She has in total 4 years of experience in Academics with special focus on subjects like Management Concepts and Practices, Managing Human Resources and Industrial Relations, History of Business and Trade, Environmental Studies. Currently she is pursuing her Ph.d from Pandit Deendayal Energy University in the field of Management. She has presented various papers in International and National Conferences.

Prof. Nupur Rawal, is an Assistant Professor at Faculty of Management, GLS University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. She is currently pursuing PhD from GLS University in the field of management. She has Pursued MBA from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (D.A.V.V), Indore, Madhya Pradesh. She has a total of 6.5 years of academic experience with special focus on subjects like International Business, Marketing Management, principles of economics and business environment. She has presented various papers in National and International Conferences and received Best Paper Award. She has Published many research papers in UGC Care Listed Journals and few in scopus indexed journals. She has completed Innovation Ambassador Foundation Level training by MoE's innovation cell and AICTE during Institutional Innovation Council calendar year 2021-22. She has attended Faculty Development Programme on Smart PLS, Bibliometric Analysis, SPSS and R Programming.

Dr Arnaz Wadia is presently associated as Assistant Professor at Faculty of Management, GLS University. Driven by her profound interest in the field of Management, she holds a distinguished Ph.D. in Management. Her dedication to academia is further exemplified by the attainment of her dual Master degrees on successful completion of MBA with Marketing Specialization and M.Com with Modern Business & Industry specialization. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relation & Personnel Management. She possesses ten years of full-time postgraduate level teaching experience and seven years of corporate experience. She got awarded as Top Topper for Swayam NPTEL course on Marketing Management. Her immense research work is reflected in her paper publication with reputable national and international journals including ABDC and Scopus. Her basic interest lies in continuously being engaged with research exploring contemporary issues in marketing and human resource domain.

She is currently working as an assistant professor at Faculty of Management, GLS University. She had worked for more than 4 years in Corporates, with one of the listed Financial companies of India as a Mutual Fund Research Analyst. She is a SIlver medalist in Masters in Business Administration(MBA), with Finance specialisation. She has done her Bachelor of Engineering in Computer science and is currently pursuing her Ph.d from GLS university in the area of Finance. Her areas of interest lies towards the field ofEconomics, Mathematics, and Security and Portfolio Management.
