EVOLVE  is a feature activity at Faculty of Management, GLS University for training the students with Placement related activities and making them corporate ready.

Every year during EVOLVE the students go through intensive workshop on Soft Skills which aims at providing them the guidance for various areas like Resume Writing, Interview skills, Email & Telephone Etiquettes as well as Informal Interviews, concept of Video Resume etc.

They also undergo training related to Competency-based interviews which  are designed to test one or more skills or competencies of the candidates. This is followed by aptitude test & Mock Interviews for the students where they were faced with all the possible questions related to their field as well as situation based questions to check their analytical skills. 

Students enjoy the activity as they get a real exposure to the interview process & it is a great learning to get feedback & suggestions for improvement from the expert panels.
