With the current hectic lifestyle, food habits, increased level of stress, and limited personal time have created many health related challenges. Institute aims to equip the students, who all are on the doorstep of this lifestyle, to address these challenges by giving them training of Yog by professional Yog trainers. Yog is believed to have a strengthening effect on the human body system through its non-tiring physiological activities that bring about poise of body and mind.

Institute motivates students to indulge themselves in this Indian practice of de-stressing the body, mind and soul. By organizing frequent Camps, institute intends to make Yog as a part of students’ daily routine which they can follow for rest of their lives to enjoy the future.

Today in India, Blood is one of most critically required element to save lives and that awareness should be created.

The event not promoted as a blood donation camp but as a life saving camp; large number of students voluntary participate in the event to save the lives and they take oath to continue blood donation whenever and wherever possible!

Every year Blood donation camp is organized at the institute with the Red Cross society to systematically collect the blood by medical staff under the supervision of senior medical professionals. Institute has experienced increased participation year on year which surely strengths its motto of creating good human beings for the society.

When urban areas are full of industries & vehicles and global warming has started showing its presence; finding out green place is a challenge!

To overcome this challenge and provide a better & healthy place to live, institute organizes Go Green drive with the help of students in various parts of Ahmedabad and Gujarat. Over the period of time, institute has successfully communicated message to the students that the tree you plant is your baby and you are responsible for its healthy growth! With this feeling in mind, students not only plant a tree but make sure that it grows properly. Students also motivate their friends & family members to plant a tree to make tomorrow a green tomorrow.

In addition to tree plantation, students create awareness for using fewer papers which can play vital role in accomplishing mission of go green! With the help of various creative messages; students promote alternatives of paper and ways to reduce consumption of paper where alternative is not possible. In addition, students also promote recycling of garbage for reusing them to save other available resources.

Go Green Drive makes students realize importance of natural resources and motivate them to be conscious while using various natural resources.

As the name suggests its celebration of giving and not to oblige underprivileged! The institute believes in contributing back to the society by not just donating materialistic things but by creating good human beings who all will continue celebrating the happiness of giving.

To foster this spirit of celebration, institute organizes “Daan Utsav” every year in which team of students actively participate under the guideless of senior faculty members. The team encourages other students and staff members to donate things which can be reused for someone such as old clothes, toys, newspapers, stationery, furniture, etc. After collecting all the reusable things, students visit various places with some active NGOs such as “Gunj – A Delhi based NGO”, “Ahmedabad Blind Association” etc for distribution.

During the distribution events; students play various games, show short movies, and spend some valuable time with children & other people to actually spread the happiness. Daan Utsav makes students realize the importance of old stuff which they might be wasting.
