It’s a virtual stock market game designed for giving a Live Trading experience to students. For the same a virtual portal was made by selecting 27 scripts from BSE and NSE. Past one-month prices were collected, and along with-it stock market tips news was displayed for the same dates. The overall duration of game was 3 hours and it gave the feel of OTC ring trading done at BSE Mumbai office in initial times. Students played in a team of 7 members per team. A virtual money of 10 lakhs was allotted to every team and team with highest profit was taken as winning team. And 8 dealers were appointed to record the trades during live market. In total 22 teams participated in the game. The game provided the facility to input all 3 trades ie. Buy, Sell and Short sell.

What happens when students step down the management formals get into the most colourful traditional wear and set the floor rocking and dancing? It’s Thanganat! Held on 9th October 2018, Thanganat is an in-house Navratri Celebration organized every year by Faculty of Management. The event started with Aarti and ended up with divine and joyous feeling among all the people who were present. The event also had winners in various categories namely: IMBA Group in Best group category, Nidhi Patel &NidhiSoni (IMBA) in Best Duet category, VadantPrajapati (IMBA) in Best Costume Male category, RensiThummar (IMBA) in Best Costume Female category, Tanvi Trivedi (MBA) in Best Garba Female category and Dev Murari (PGDM) in Best Garba Male category.

To mark the legacy of the Iron man of India – Shri SardarVallabhbhai Patel on his birth anniversary, 31st October, a quiz and essay competition was conducted on 30th October, 2018 for the students of MBA, IMBA and PGDM Programme. Also, the statue of Shri Vallabhbhai Patel in Ahmedabad, was felicitated with flowers and the environment of gratitude was created with slogans of ‘Unity’ by the students.
