IMBA first year students got an opportunity to attend a workshop for public speaking by one of the best corporate trainer Ms. Niyati Sheth. She covered body language, presentations, voice tonality etc. The session was full of activities and practical examples. Students actively participated and got to learn varied things.

I. M. Nanavati Sports Festival 2019, an inter college sports festival was held in the first week of january that consisted of various events like kabbadi, cricket, badminton, chess etc. Team Events and Athletics Winners':

On 4th Febuary, 2019 students of IMBA VIII SEM with Prof. Isha Dave visited the Gujarat High Court to view the practical applications of the subject Business Law. At the court they were made to attend court proceedings of well-known Justice like Justice K.M.Thakkar for labour law, Justice B.N.Karia for property law, and the Chief Justice Ananat Dave. While various attorneys awaited the hearing of their respective cases, the students felt the actual discipline of the court room and understood how the bare acts of respective topics are citied used and referenced within the argument. Also, they noticed that the judge listened and engaged and corrected and clarified, but their tone and demeanor were always neutral and fair to both sides. The physical appurtenance of the High Court, the formal yet pleasant proceedings and the mannerisms of its members left a long lasting impression on the students.

Under the student activity session IMBA forth year had an industrial visit in Fortune Landmark for understanding the Hotel management and Table etiquettes. Such activities and visits break the bottleneck between campus and corporates, students step one more ladder higher towards the corporate world.

Faculty of Management had organised a round-the-year event called “Neeti- The Strategic Battle” for IMBA Programme on 6th February, 2019. The event was comprised of Virtual Trading, Management Quiz, Youth Parliament and Bid to Win. The main objective of the event was to give students the atmosphere where students could portray their strategic skills. All and all, the event left students with the feel of strategic battle dipped in joy.
